How do I know if I earned points on my purchase?
Enrolling in Vista Rewards is easy. To join the Rewards Program, simply create an online account on one of the brand websites, supply the required information and elect to participate in the Rewards Program.

How do I earn points?
Rewards Points may only be earned by making qualified purchases after logging into your account online. Points are not awarded on tax or shipping costs.

How do I know if I earned points on my purchase?
Rewards Points earned for a purchase will be visible during checkout and listed on the order confirmation page. Rewards Points will not appear instantly in your Account for redemption.

Rewards points will show under My Account page once your order ships, this may take up to 48 hours or more after purchase.

Where do I find my points balance?
To view your Rewards Points balance, login to My Account on the brand website and look for the Rewards Overview section, here you will see your available rewards points.

Rewards Points will be visible in your account after your order ships.

How can I view items I can redeem with my loyalty points?
To view the items available to redeem with Rewards Points, login to My Account on the brand website. Under the Rewards Overview section go to Account Overview. Under Account Overview, select Redeem Points, this link will take you to the page including the items available to redeem with points.

I redeemed my Rewards Points on an item, but my package got lost in shipment.
If you believe your order has been lost during the shipment process, please follow the specific brand’s standard Lost Shipment Guidelines listed on their website or contact Customer Support at the number listed on the brand website.

Can I cancel or delete my Rewards Membership?
You may opt-out of the Rewards Program by logging into My Account on the brand website. Under the Rewards Overview section look for Cancel My Rewards Account at the bottom of the page or contact Customer Support at the number listed on the brand website.

Please note, opting out of the Rewards Program will result in the loss of all accumulated Rewards Points.
