Tyler Lindwall, Vice President of Corporate Development, IR and FP&A, joined Vista Outdoor in April 2015. Prior to his current role, he led Corporate Development and Treasury initiatives across the company.

Prior to Vista Outdoor, he worked at Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Vista Outdoor’s former parent company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Most notably, Tyler was part of a small team that structured and facilitated the spin-off of Vista Outdoor and merger of ATK’s Aerospace and Defense businesses with Orbital Sciences.  He began his career at Houlihan Lokey as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials group.

Tyler graduated with a degree in finance with high distinction from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
