Joe Beck, Chief Supply Chain Officer, joined Revelyst in April 2024 and has more than 30 years of expertise in strategic procurement, logistics, service and repair, operations, sales, solutions and supply chain management.

Prior to joining Revelyst, Joe was Vice President of Global Supply Chain for embecta (NASDAQ: EMBC), a medical technology company where he oversaw global supply chain and distribution operations, including the overhaul of their global network design, planning, logistics and trade technology and change management leadership. He was part of embecta’s leadership team that executed the separation from Becton Dickinson and Co. (NYSE: BDX). Joe also worked for Medtronic and UPS, two global Fortune 500 companies where he streamlined and optimized supply chain operations.

Joe holds several degrees from the University of Louisville, including an MBA with Logistics and Distribution concentration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Marketing Communications.
