Christine Roth, Head of Transformation, has been a critical part of the HR leadership team since her start with Vista Outdoor in 2016.

Christine is a strong leader who has served in multiple roles with the company. Prior to shifting to her current position, she led the Vista Outdoor HR Business Partner team, a role she held since 2019.

Christine is a strategic business executive with impactful leadership. She is a creative problem solver who excels in dynamic environments and champions pragmatic and innovative solutions. She is known to drive teams and organizations to recognition.

Prior to Vista Outdoor, Christine worked as an in-house employment attorney for publicly traded companies and also served as Deputy Chief with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Christine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. College of Law.
