Andrew Keegan, Chief Financial Officer, joined Vista Outdoor’s predecessor ATK in 2012 and has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and treasury.

Prior to his current role, he was the CFO of Vista Outdoor’s Ammunition Business unit from 2017 to 2020; Vice President of Corporate Accounting from 2015 to 2017; and held increasing roles of responsibility within the finance department at ATK prior to Vista Outdoor’s Spin-off. He began his career with Deloitte.

Andy has undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Management from St. John’s University. Andy also serves on the Board of Directors of the Vista Outdoor Foundation.
