Health and Wellness
As a result of the significant contributions of our employees worldwide, we have become a leader and an innovator in the growing outdoor sports and recreation markets. Our employees differentiate us within the industry, and our benefit programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
At Vista Outdoor, we are committed to employee wellness and our overall mission of Bringing the World Outside. Our health and wellness programs are intended to empower our employees to become better healthcare consumers, through incentives and robust educational tools and resources. Our high-deductible health plan option, paired with a health savings account funded by Vista Outdoor, affords our employees the ability to save on a tax-preferred basis for their long-term health needs.
We are committed to leveraging technology, including through our Workday system, to engage employees and provide them with unique educational opportunities, including through the use of custom online calculators, interactive tools, smartphone apps and videos. Recognizing the demands of daily life, we strive to provide our employees with efficient and cost-effective access to high-quality providers, including though our partnership with MDlive, which offers employees 24/7 phone and online access to physicians for non-emergency medical conditions. Collectively, the benefit programs we offer provide comprehensive coverage to help protect the health, family and future of our employees.
