Through the commitment of our leadership team and the efforts of our Diversity Council, Vista Outdoor intends to drive greater employee cultural understanding and encourage the sharing of employee ideas to foster a positive and dynamic workplace. Our Diversity Council consists of more than 20 cross-functional employees that support a wide-array of culture-building initiatives, including hosting brownbag luncheons of topics of diversity, participating in recruiting efforts and reinforcing partnerships with key community and social groups. The ElevateHER Challenge is a program created by Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI). CamelBak Makes Outside Magazine’s Top 100 Best Places to Work
CamelBak offices in Petaluma, California, made Outside Magazine’s Top 100 Best Places to Work: 2016. The facility is primarily for product design and testing of CamelBak’s many hydration systems. Tests ensure products exceed expectations to live up to the “Got Your Bak” lifetime guarantee.
