Diversity and Inclusion

Our competitive advantage is our people – diverse in backgrounds, perspectives and experiences that drive our innovation worldwide.  We are a stronger company because we appreciate the differences in others, which affords us the ability to deliver value for our customers, provide rewarding careers for our employees and drive superior long-term results to our shareholders.  We promote a global culture of inclusion in which all employees can succeed and are provided opportunities for growth and advancement.

Through the commitment of our leadership team and the efforts of our Diversity Council, Vista Outdoor intends to drive greater employee cultural understanding and encourage the sharing of employee ideas to foster a positive and dynamic workplace.   Our Diversity Council consists of more than 20 cross-functional employees that support a wide-array of culture-building initiatives, including hosting brownbag luncheons of topics of diversity, participating in recruiting efforts and reinforcing partnerships with key community and social groups.
