Employees Raise $70,000

Vista Outdoor employees raised more than $70,000 for two families of fallen Kansas City, Kansas police officers. The contributions were presented to the families of Detective Brad Lancaster and Captain Dave Melton during the company’s Hunt/Shoot Sales Conference in Overland Park, Kansas.  More

Folds of Honor

folds of honorSince 2016, Vista Outdoor brand Bushnell donated nearly $410,000 to the Folds of Honor Foundation, an organization that provides educational scholarships to children and spouses of military members killed or disabled while serving our nation. Eyes of Freedom Memorial Sponsor

CCI and Speer sponsored the “Eyes of Freedom Lima Company Memorial and Silent Battle” exhibit in Lewiston, Idaho. The traveling tour included paintings of the 23 fallen soldiers of Lima Company, one of the hardest hit units in Iraqi Freedom. More

Day of Caring in Utah

Employees in Farmington, Utah helped remove brush and garbage from about one mile on the Farmington Creek Trail. Many Farmington employees use this portion of the train to bike and run to work. More

Nick Clark, an Army veteran and amputee, received gear for his Grateful Nation pheasant hunt from sponsors that included Federal Premium, Champion, BLACKHAWK!, Hoppe’s, Savage and Bushnell.  More

24 Pallets for Texas Police


The first donations to a warehouse in Houston set up for Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts were 1,409 pairs of BLACKHAWK! boots for police officers working in the hardest hit areas. Three days later, 1,000 CamelBak hydration packs followed for the officers.

Disabled American Veterans 


In June, representatives from the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) of Minnesota presented Federal Premium Ammunition with the print entitled “Coming Home” by award-winning wildlife artist, Jim Hautman. Federal was recognized for its many contributions to the DAV Outdoors program and many other military programs. More
