Mark Kowalski, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, is responsible for the accounting, tax, financial reporting and governance functions at Vista Outdoor. Mark has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax.

Prior to his current role, he was the Corporate Controller since January 2019 and the interim Corporate Controller and VP, Tax since August 2018. He led the tax department at Vista Outdoor since its creation and held increasing roles of responsibility in the tax department at Orbital ATK prior to Vista Outdoor’s spin-off where he focused on all areas of tax including tax accounting, planning and compliance. He began his career with Deloitte.

Mark has an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Master of Business Taxation degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
