Jeff Sposito, President of Stone Glacier, joined Vista Outdoor in December 2021.  Prior to Vista’s Outdoor acquisition of the brand, Jeff joined Stone Glacier as co-owner in 2016. Prior to joining Stone Glacier, Jeff worked in various roles of increasing responsibility with Sitka Gear, through its sale to W.L. Gore and Associates. Bringing more 13 years of experience in the outdoor apparel industry, Jeff brings a wealth of business growth expertise alongside a commitment to advancing conservation initiatives.  In 2015, Jeff founded “2% for Conservation,” an outdoor industry nonprofit. Since its inception, the nonprofit has funneled over $8 million to hunting and fishing related non-governmental organizations. Jeff also is co-founder of “Pixel Elk,” a marketing design and consulting firm.

Jeff obtained a B.S. in Agricultural Business from California State University – Chico and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Jeff resides in Bozeman, Mont. and enjoys the numerous outdoor activities that Montana offers, as well as restoring and collecting old cars.
