Brad Crandell, Chief Human Resources Officer joined Vista Outdoor in March 2015. Brad has more than 30 years of experience in driving growth, leading transformation and delivering strong financial results by engaging teams to meet the needs of customers and the business. He repeatedly develops and implements customer-focused strategies producing high-quality outcomes and builds strong relationships across functional areas in an integrated manner.

Brad previously served as Vice President Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition. Prior to Vista Outdoor, Brad was Vice President Business System Development and Vice President HR Planning and Operations for The Service Master Company; Vice President Human Resources Outsourcing Sales Operations and Vice President/General Manager–Southeast Region Human Resources Outsourcing for Hewitt Associates.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from DePauw University.
