Three employees from CCI Speer in Lewiston, Idaho graduate from a seven-month community leadership training course.
Lynnette Breeden- Weekend Operations Manager, Stacy Adair- Safety Engineer, and Brody Genzer Sr. Speer Supervisor completed the Lewis-Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce course in September.
CCI Speer has been an active supporter of the Leadership LC Valley, sponsored by the Lewis-Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce, that provides an avenue for leaders in the Valley to gain a broader perspective on a variety of business topics, including arts & history, public infrastructure, education, manufacturing, nonprofits, and more. The program connects individuals in the community through a seven-month series of educational days. The leadership team commits to meeting one Friday per month to examine important issues and entities that are vital to our Valley’s future. They do this by visiting local businesses, taking tours, hearing from company leaders, and asking lots of great questions.
