Vista Outdoor Continues with the ElevateHER Challenge

Flora Area Chamber of Commerce, ElevateHER challenge

Mary Ashley O’Reilly, a marketing coordinator at Primos Hunting in Flora, Mississippi, was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Flora Area Chamber of Commerce (FACC). While O’Reilly does not live in Flora, she has volunteered countless hours of personal time and energy with the FACC to help make the town Primos Hunting calls home a better place to work and live. “Everyone at Primos is very proud of Mary Ashley, one of our youngest and most gung-ho teammates, for being appointed to the FACC Board of Directors,” said Eric Hughes, Senior Manager, Brand Management.

This honor is a direct reflection of the positive, professional, resourceful and hard-working qualities O’Reilly has reflected as a representative of Primos.

Vista Outdoor, in partnership with the Women’s Leadership Institute, recently accepted the  #ElevateHER Challenge. Through the challenge, Vista Outdoor has committed to participate in their tenants, two of which are:

    • Women on Community and Corporate Boards – Foster involvement in community leadership roles, including with local Chambers of Commerce, and corporate boards as paths for growth.
    • Leadership Development and Mentoring – Identify and promote development opportunities for women both within Vista Outdoor and externally.
