Vista Outdoor Supervisor Volunteers Time to Support Minnesota WWII Veterans Honor Flight

This spring, Dennis Angell, a supervisor from Federal Premium’s Anoka, Minnesota location, accompanied 78 Army veterans on an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. Dennis was a Guardian volunteer for 90-year old Veteran Doug Campbell, who served as a Navy torpedo man on a PT boat in the Pacific. Their flight left Minneapolis at 6:30 a.m. and returned that same evening at 11 p.m. The daylong event transported the veterans and volunteers (at no cost) to the World War II Memorial, and surrounding memorials. The trip is both physical and emotional.
