Jason Vanderbrink, CEO, The Kinetic Group

Jason Vanderbrink is CEO of The Kinetic Group. Jason previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales for all the company’s brands. He joined Vista Outdoor in 2005 and has more than 17 years of increasing leadership experience in the outdoor industry, including five years with The Cullerton Company.

Eric Nyman, CEO, Revelyst

Eric Nyman is the CEO of Revelyst. Eric has more than 30 years in the consumer products industry, where he most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Hasbro Inc.

Eric’s experience in the outdoor industry includes serving in brand management and marketing roles for outdoor apparel and footwear brand Timberland. Eric currently serves on the Virginia Wesleyan University Board of Trustees and previously sat on the Board of the Roger Williams Park Historical Foundation.

Andrew Keegan, Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Keegan, Chief Financial Officer, joined Vista Outdoor’s predecessor ATK in 2012 and has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and treasury. Prior to his current role, he was the CFO of Vista Outdoor’s Ammunition Business unit from 2017 to 2020; Vice President of Corporate Accounting from 2015 to 2017; and held increasing roles of responsibility within the finance department at ATK prior to Vista Outdoor’s Spin-off. He began his career with Deloitte.

JEFF EHRICH, GENERAL COUNSEL AND CORPORATE SECRETARY, THE KINETIC GROUP

Jeff Ehrich, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, The Kinetic Group, has served in a variety of roles with the Legal Departments of Vista Outdoor and its predecessor, ATK, which he joined in 2011.

He was most recently promoted to Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary in 2018. Prior to that, he served as Associate General Counsel from 2015 to 2018, Senior Counsel from 2013 to 2015, and Counsel from 2011 to 2015.

Joyce Butler, Chief Human Resources Officer, Revelyst

Joyce Butler, Chief Human Resources Officer, Revelyst, has developed leaders, and has helped individuals, teams and organizations thrive since the start of her career. She has built a wealth of global corporate and not-for-profit experience in several industries including health care, technology, play and entertainment.

Joyce received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management from Johnson and Wales University. She worked for Marriott Hotels as an operations manager before moving on to earn a Master of Science in Training and Development from Lesley University, an education that led to more than 25 years in Human Resources.

Jung Choi, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Revelyst

Jung Choi, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, brings more than 15 years of diversified legal experience and expertise to Vista Outdoor, including roles at publicly traded companies and in private practice.

She most recently served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Boxed, Inc., the New York-based e-commerce grocery platform that sells bulk consumables and licenses its e-commerce software to enterprise retailers. Before Boxed, Choi held senior counsel roles for Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and was an associate for the Capital Markets & Corporate Group in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Christine Roth, Head of Transformation

Christine Roth, Head of Transformation, has been a critical part of the HR leadership team since her start with Vista Outdoor in 2016.

Christine is a strategic business executive with impactful leadership. She is a creative problem solver who excels in dynamic environments and champions pragmatic and innovative solutions. She is known to drive teams and organizations to recognition.

Mark Kowalski, Controller And Chief Accounting Officer

Mark Kowalski, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, is responsible for the accounting, tax, financial reporting and governance functions for Vista Outdoor. Mark has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax, with increasing roles of responsibility at Vista Outdoor and its predecessor, Orbital ATK.

Jon Watters, Co-President and General Manager, Precision Sports and Technology

Jon Watters is Co-President and General Manager, Precision Sports and Technology. The Precision Sports and Technology Platform brands include Foresight Sports and Bushnell Golf.

Jon has more than 27 years of experience in the golf technology industry. A serial entrepreneur, Jon started in the golf industry in 1996 at an indoor golf facility in Louisville, Kentucky. He was hired by Full Swing in 2000 and served as Full Swing’s Director of U.S. Sales from 2001 to 2008.

Jon co-founded Foresight Sports with Scott Werbelow in 2009 and served as Vice President, primarily responsible for operations, accounting, finance and company strategy.

Scott Werbelow, Co-President and General Manager, Precision Sports and Technology

Scott Werbelow is Co-President and General Manager, Precision Sports and Technology. The Precision Sports and Technology Platform brands include Foresight Sports and Bushnell Golf.

Scott is an industry veteran with more than 34 years of experience in the golf technology space. He began his career in sales with Full Swing Golf in 1989, eventually becoming president of the company in 2006. In 2009, Scott co-founded Foresight Sports with Jon Watters, where he served as President and was responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing teams.

Jeff McGuane, President and General Manager, Adventure Sports

Jeff McGuane is President and General Manager, Adventure Sports, a platform that includes Fox, Bell, Giro, CamelBak and QuietKat and more.

Jeff has been an innovative leader of performance brands in sports and outdoors for nearly 30 years and has served in operating roles across Asia, Europe, and North America. Throughout his career, he has been obsessed with creating differentiated experiences that inspire consumers and grow brands.

Jordan Judd, President and General Manager, Outdoor Performance

Jordan Judd is President and General Manager, Outdoor Performance, a platform that includes Simms, Bushnell, Camp Chef, Stone Glacier, Primos, Blackhawk and more. 

Jordan has held numerous positions in sales, product and marketing, focusing on strategic planning, channel management, merchandising, financial planning, P&L management and human resources. Before Simms Fishing Products, Jordan held several management positions at the North American and global level within Amer Sports, the owners of sports and outdoor brands such as Salomon, Arc’teryx, Wilson and Atomic. He joined the company in 2007 and most recently served as president and general manager, Salomon North America, since early 2020.

David Stokoe, Vice President Strategic Procurement

David Stokoe is Vice President of Strategic Procurement for Vista Outdoor. David has an international business background with extensive experience in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He recently spent 12 years at Sun Capital Partners as Senior Vice President for Strategic Procurement and Global Sourcing, responsible for direct and indirect procurement and nontraditional spend management.

Bob Steelhammer, Chief Digital Officer, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing And IT

Bob Steelhammer, Chief Digital Officer, joined Vista Outdoor in October 2018. He is responsible for developing and executing viable long- and short-term strategies for digital marketing, e-commerce and IT capabilities across the company. Prior to joining Vista Outdoor, Bob held various e-commerce positions at well-known companies including Sun Capital Partners, AT&T, Motorola and IBM.

Tyler Lindwall, Vice President of Corporate Development, IR and FP&A

Tyler Lindwall, Vice President of Corporate Development, IR and FP&A, joined Vista Outdoor in April 2015. Prior to his current role, he led Corporate Development and Treasury initiatives across the company.

Prior to Vista Outdoor, he worked at Alliant Techsystems (ATK), Vista Outdoor’s former parent company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Most notably, Tyler was part of a small team that structured and facilitated the spin-off of Vista Outdoor and merger of ATK’s Aerospace and Defense businesses with Orbital Sciences.
